I absolutely loved planning our wedding, I looked on wedding blogs daily for creative inspiration and found sites like Once Wed and Style Me Pretty an enormous source for brilliant ideas. I whole heartedly apologise from the bottom of my (extremely sorry) heart for my massive lapse in posting.I Have no excuse other than that I have been a busy bee of late. which, to be fair is pretty lame. I pledge to be a better blogger in future and I will try my bestest to post pretty & cool stuff everyday.

I saw these lovely badge artworks on http://www.rockettstgeorge.co.uk/art-prints--mirrors-195-c.asp they are by a very talented lady called Bridgett Herrod.

These pics made me think of a lovely love story about two very good friends of mine. Once upon a decade or so ago there was a curly haired boy who was in a cool rock band and a beautiful girl who was working hard to become an actress. After meeting at a house party and talking into the wee hours; they decided they they quite liked each other and would like to see each other again. to fast forward a few months of meadow skipping and hazy happy days, they fell in love. But they both had a dark secret from each other and only after they decided that they might like get serious and move in together that it all had to come out into the open.......
They were both secret badge collectors! upon finding out each others secret geeky hobby they decided to make a momentus step in their relasionship and combine both their badge collections to make one huge collection! they are now happy married with a gorgeous little baby girl called Amelia; who is as cute as a button! love you guys xxxx
